1 Roads End to upper W. Fork Dougherty (Full day 1. Lots of elevation gain out of Roads End, sleeping high. Make sure to acclimate beforehand.)
3 Palisade to Lake Majorie on JMT (Full day 3. Cross Palisade, Mather)
4. Woods Creek to Vidette Meadow (Big day - all of day 4. Cross Pinchot, Glen)
7. Kern to Roaring River via Colby Pass (All of day 7)
8 Roaring River to Roads End (All of day 8)
6. Caltech / Torchbearer, down to Junction Meadow (From tarn, hike up to pass in the morning. Then cut up to Torchbearer (be mindful of slope - should be class 2). Then traverse ridgeline to Caltech. Then reverse route, check out LSA. Then hike down to Junction Meadow. Use GPS for routefinding.)
2 W Fork Dougherty to Palisade Creek/LeConte Cyn (Full day 2. Cross Palisade day 3 morning.)
