Three day trip in the Trinity Alps. Day 1 is about 5 miles up to Granite Lake, with the last two miles having a good amount of overgrowth on the trail. The two campsites with direct shore access for swimming on the east and northwest ends of the lake were taken so we found a spot that had stream access on the northwest end. Day 2 we did as a day hike to the top of Siligo Peak and back. The climb up to the ridge below Seven Up Peak was tough and featured more overgrowth. Lots of sun on the descent down the other side and the climb up to the Peak. Overall a lot of elevation but a great day. Day 3 was much the same as Day 1 but in reverse (and much faster with downhill and lighter packs)
