Hopkinton State Park includes a little bit of everything: 1,500 acres of forest crisscrossed by hiking trails, beaches, stocked fishing, first-come-first-served picnic areas, and 2 reservable group picnic sites: Main Beach Pavilion and Split Rock Group Picnic Site. This only applies to First Responders and applicable park staff who are on an active search or on official duty. It does not apply to the public. Any member of the public who violates a CMR will be issued a citation. For inquiries, contact the park headquarters and ask to speak with the Park Supervisor or the Ranger. For reasons of Public Safety and the preservation of Massachusetts lands and wildlife habitats, refrain from creating your own trails. Use the trails that were designed for recreating. Barriers have been placed to deterrence. For those that are not barricaded, listen to your maps/GIS and not enter these trails. Thank you for your compliance. There are posted "No Parking" signage throughout the park and reservoir. Be mindful of where/how your vehicle is located. Violators will receive a citation.
